Solutions · LED Video Walls

LED video walls that stop people in their tracks.

Direct-view LED creates seamless, bright, large-format images that LCD and projection can't match. We plan, supply and install LED walls for showrooms, retail, real estate offices, receptions and meeting spaces — from survey to calibration.

Pixel pitch and viewing distance

Pixel pitch is the distance between LED pixels, measured in millimetres. The smaller the pitch, the closer viewers can stand before seeing individual pixels — and the higher the cost. A common rule of thumb is that the minimum comfortable viewing distance in metres is roughly the pixel pitch in millimetres, but content, brightness and room conditions all matter. We help you choose a pitch that suits how people actually see the wall.

  • Boardrooms and presentation spaces
  • Event and function venues

What a complete LED installation includes

  • Site survey, wall measurement and structural coordination
  • LED cabinets/modules and receiving cards
  • Video processor/controller and media player
  • Mounting frame and custom fabrication coordination
  • Electrical and network infrastructure
  • Ventilation and service access planning
  • Colour calibration and seam correction
  • Spare modules and lifecycle maintenance

LED vs LCD video wall vs projection

LCD video walls are cost-effective but show bezels between panels. Projection can be large and affordable but struggles in bright rooms. LED is seamless, bright and long-lived, with a higher upfront cost. We'll recommend the right technology for the space rather than defaulting to the most expensive option.

Content and control

We advise on content resolution and aspect ratio (LED walls are rarely exactly 16:9), set up scheduling through a media player or CMS, and make sure your team can update content without a technician.

How commissioning works

Every system is tested against an agreed functional checklist before handover: display calibration, camera framing, microphone pickup at each seat, echo cancellation, speaker levels, control panel logic, content sharing from typical guest laptops and platform sign-in.

We document the as-built configuration, label cabling and equipment, walk your team through day-to-day use and leave a simple quick-start guide in the room.

Frequently asked questions

Can an LED wall go in a shopfront window?

Yes, with appropriate brightness, heat management and positioning. Window-facing walls need higher brightness to compete with daylight.

What happens if a module fails?

LED walls are modular. We recommend keeping spare modules from the same batch so replacements match in colour.
