Limitations to understand
Experience depends on the user's laptop, drivers and software. There's no room calendar or one-touch join unless you add it. For heavily used internal rooms, a dedicated platform room is often better.

- Many guests and mixed platforms → BYOD
- Unsure → a hybrid room with a dedicated system plus BYOD input
